Out of deepest,darkest,dankest,most UFO infested corners of Indiana come four mild mannered looking young men who,by day,are known as Otto,Chrissy, Johnny and Mikey who at night form to become one of the greatest punk bands to play on our planet Earth,BLASTER THE ROCKETBOY!!! Indiana old school punk rock,this is the schtuff! Ever since I first heard Blaster being blared from my Church's stereo system,I knew something was really cool about these guyz! Blaster has been doing gigs and stuff like that for four years,but BTRB's new lineup(which I know has gone through some more changes still)has only been around for a year and 1/2. Blaster has a demo tape out,and a CD out. The tape's name is "Disasteroid",and though the recording lacks in quality,the music still gets through and delivers Blaster's fun and delightfully weird punk sound. The CD,which is titled "Succulent Spacefood for Teething Vampires" is even better! Most of the songs from Disasteroid have been redone on this CD,and the quality for recording is improved by about 110%! Both recordings are worth the money you pay for them.
